Club T Contest Rules and Regulations

Details
Be An Exclusive Club T VIP in 2010! All the fans will have a shot at being a VIP at one of the upcoming events in 2010. How does one get it on the excitement? All you have to do is become a Club T Events Facebook Fan.






Conditions
Before the official drawing is closed and announced, every attempt with the winner will be made to confirm the following:
1) acceptance of all allocations of the VIP prize package:
    i.    2 free tickets to a Club T Event
    ii.    exclusive access to Club T VIP Hospitality Room
    iii.    mingle with the artists and take private pictures
    iv.    winner has the opportunity to be onstage with DJ Wildhairr & the artists during a live performance
    v.    personal interview with Club T Events Media Relations Team Member
    vi.    photo and interview will be posted on the website and featured in the Club T Blog
2) must be a resident of the Dallas Metroplex area
3) be available to attend the Club T Event wherein their VIP package will be awarded
4) provide high school ID to validate age restriction (must be between age 14 and 19)

Restrictions
1)  The contest is open to the Facebook Fans of Club T who are between the ages of 14 and 19 and reside within the Dallas Metroplex.
2)  Employees of Club T Events, affiliated companies, promotion partners, sponsors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, or child) are NOT eligible to participate or win in this contest.
3) Once a Facebook Fan wins a drawing in this contest, they are not eligible to be entered into another drawing.







Administration
1)  The contest will be conducted by the Club T Events Media Relations Team and will be the sole adviser of the contest winners. 2) Preliminary Facebook Fan winners will be contacted by a Media Relations Team member via Facebook of the drawing status and prize conditions will be enforced should the preliminary winner fail to respond.

Prize Conditions
1) No substitution of the prize will be offered and no transfer of the prize to another date and/or third party is permitted.
2) Every attempt to notify contest winners via Facebook will be made and failure to respond within the time limits specified will result in the winner forfeiting the prize.
3) If for any reason a winner opts out of the contest and declines to accept all conditions of the awarded prize, the winner will be forfeited and it will be at the discretion of Club T whether or not another contestant will be drawn.

Expiration
After each drawing the contest will be renewed with the next group of “NEW” Club T Events Facebook Fans (i.e. if you became a fan in December 2009, you are eligible for the initial drawing only). The contest will expire once Club T Events has reached a Facebook fan base of 100 active members.
