Club T Contest Conditions / Rules & Regulations

 





















Conditions
Before the official contests drawings are closed and announced, every attempt with the winner will be made to confirm the following:
1) acceptance of all allocations of the prize package.
2) be available to attend the Club T Event wherein their prize will be awarded.
3) present ID to validate age restriction if applicable (teen events are restricted to ages 15 to 19).

Restrictions
1)  The contests are open to the public (unless otherwise advised)
2)  Employees of Club T Events, affiliated companies, promotion partners, sponsors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, or child) are NOT eligible to participate or win in this contest.
3) Once a contestant wins a drawing, they are not eligible to be entered into another drawing for the contest entered into.



Administration
1)  The contests are conducted by the Club T Events Media Relations Team and are the sole advisers of the contest winners.
2) Preliminary winners will be contacted by a Media Relations Team member via communication method used to register for the contest and prize conditions will be enforced should the preliminary winner fail to respond.

Prize Conditions
1) No substitution of the prize will be offered and no transfer of the prize to another date and/or third party is permitted.
2) Every attempt to notify contest winners via communication method used to register will be made and failure to respond within the time limits specified will result in the winner forfeiting the prize.
3) If for any reason a winner opts out of the contest and declines to accept all conditions of the awarded prize, the winner will be forfeited and it will be at the discretion of Club T whether or not another contestant will be drawn.


Expiration - After each drawing the contest will be renewed with the next group of Club T Events registrations/submissions. It is at the sole discretion of Club T on the close of the contest date.


Unless specified in writing in the Club T contest promotions, these Conditions / Rules & Regulations
will be enforced with all registrations/submissions.
